Building Maintenance
The maintenance department runs 3 fully equipped vans to deal with any maintenance issue that may arise at any time.

This department tends to pride itself on a "one-stop-shop" philosophy. Very often a building manager or owner won't know who to contact to remedy a fault within a building, and often doesn't have time to ring around to see who they can get.

TDC takes care of all this. A client can ring TDC, tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. We promote the need to have just one number to call for any and all maintenance issues, TDC Construction. We like to take the hassle away so companies can get on with their core business.

 

 

 

TDC Construction Limited was established in June 2006 by the company director, Tony Dowling, who was formerly a Project Manager for one of Auckland's leading construction companies.

The company has 2 divisions:

  • Commercial and Residential Construction

  • Building Maintenance

Commercial & Residential Construction 
The company has a team of 10 carpenters,
2 apprentices, a quantity surveyor and
2 management staff to oversee the works.

The company is backed by over 30 years of experience in the industry by the directorship, along with access to  a vast network of sub-contractors. This experience and access to proven sub-contractors is made available to all TDC Construction clients as we  seek to provide the best across the trades.
